Scholarships
Bethany Scholarship
For five years Bethany Enloe was a big part of the EDGE family as a camper, work crew and eventually as a member of the program team. Her enthusiastic testimony for the Lord was displayed in her passion for both world missions and the EDGE Conference. A week after doing the skits at the EDGE in June 2001, Bethany was diagnosed with cancer. She was taken home to be with the Lord in October of that year.
In remembrance of the Lord's work in Bethany's life, the Bethany Scholarship was established to pay for girls to go the EDGE who would otherwise be unable to go.
Warrior Scholarship
Encouraged by the existence of the Bethany Scholarship to assist girls in going to the EDGE, an anonymous donor approached the EDGE Conference in 2003 with a desire to establish a scholarship to assist boys.
So in that year the Warrior Scholarship began as a way to help boys pay for the EDGE who would otherwise be unable to go.
